Texas Health Resources Selects Priority

Priority One is honored and excited to be chosen as a provider by Texas Health Resources. Texas Health Resources has 25 acute-care and short-stay hospitals and is one of the largest faith-based, nonprofit health care delivery systems in the United States.

Of the many awards Texas Health Resources receives yearly, they recently received the Pinnacle of Excellence Award, NDNQI Award, and Guardian of Excellence Award from Press Ganey, one of the nation’s leading health care performance improvement organization. These awards recognize high levels of excellence in patient experience, employee engagement, physician engagement, nursing quality and clinical quality performance. Also in a recent national rating of hospital performance in patient experience by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Texas Health Resources has been recognized by receiving four stars in the rating of patient experience on nine of their twenty five hospitals. The outstanding rating emphasizes Texas Health Resource’s dedication in achieving first rate health care to patients and their commitment to safety standards for both patients and employees.

“This is an opportunity for Priority One to partner and build relationships with an exceptional healthcare system.” stated Priority One President, Ryan Williams. “Together, we will work towards providing quality health care, improving patient safety and reducing medical equipment repair costs.”
